Building Engineers for the Future!

Every Frank L. Stanton Tiger Scholar receives interdisciplinary instruction to expand their exposure to STEM literacy. Facilitated by teachers, scholars are exposed to real-world problem-based learning unique to their current surroundings aligned to the Georgia State Math & Science Standards of Excellence and the Engineering Design Process. 

The Engineering Design Process allows our scholars to use a series of steps or procedures similar to those engineers use to solve challenging problems. It allows our scholars to learn from failures, revise their findings or prototypes, and create innovative solutions to challenges across the curriculum.
