Instructional Framework

At Frank L. Stanton Elementary School, our STEM Instructional Framework is grounded in problem-based learning. We sincerely believe that the teaching and learning occurring within our walls prepares our scholars to solve futuristic problems that have yet to arise and will require new ways of thinking using 21st-century skills. It is important for our scholars to have a clear blueprint for solving problems relevant to their daily lives and for problems they will encounter in the future. To that end, our instructional framework incorporates the competencies found within the Engineering Design Process and PBLs.
